General Provisions and Definitions

Booking and Reservation Policy

A. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered “confirmed” only after the Client receives a written confirmation email from First Choice Limousine Service. For high-demand services like wedding transportation services in Phoenix Metro Area, we recommend booking at least 14 days in advance.

B. Accuracy of Information

Pricing, Rates, and Payments

  • Holiday Surcharge: A 20% surcharge applies to services provided on major U.S. holidays.
  • Late Night/Early Morning: Transfers between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM may incur a “night-owl” fee.

C. Gratuity

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A. Zero Tolerance Policy

First Choice Limousine Service maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drug use, smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping), and disruptive behavior. The chauffeur has the right to terminate the ride immediately without refund if passengers become abusive or engage in illegal activities.

B. Alcohol Consumption

C. Vehicle Capacity

Fleet Substitution and Availability

Liability Limitations

In compliance with Arizona law, children of a certain age/weight must be in a car seat. While First Choice Limousine Service can provide car seats upon request for a small fee, it is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to ensure the seat is installed correctly and the child is properly secured.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from services provided in the Phoenix Metro Area shall be settled through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Use of Third-Party Affiliates

To ensure we never leave a client stranded, First Choice Limousine Service may occasionally utilize trusted third-party affiliates, such as VIP limo & car service of Phoenix or Gilbert LLC, to fulfill a booking during peak times. All affiliates are required to meet our strict standards for safety, luxury, and professionalism.

Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason, including a history of late payments, disrespectful behavior toward staff, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Modifications to Terms

First Choice Limousine Service reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our limo service in the Phoenix Metro Area or other offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Entire Agreement

Special Considerations for Corporate Clients

For those utilizing Phoenix Metro corporate car services, we offer customizable “Service Level Agreements” (SLAs). We understand that corporate travel requires extreme punctuality. If we are more than 15 minutes late for a corporate pickup due to our own negligence (excluding traffic or weather), the ride is on us. This is our “Prestige Guarantee” established in 2018.

Lost and Found Policy

If you believe you have left an item in one of our vehicles after a limo service in the Phoenix Metro Area, please contact us within 24 hours.
